65th Anniversary Single Release!
Back story...
It seems like only yesterday that we packed the DeLorean and set off to west coast USA for the California prom season. According to the poster, The Fourmasons opened for Marvin Berry way back in '55, and the 65th anniversary of that very show at Hill Valley High School is just around the corner!
The Duke himself was in the audience that night and through a thick cloud of cigar smoke resolutely declared that he recognised the tune, but complained that the drummer was just too damn loud and that the red double bass was pretty, but dusty and a little flat. I remember, just as we were leaving, he turned, smiled, and then with a knowing glance he said: "There's only two kinds of music, boys - and you played a little of one, but plenty of the other tonight!" What a true and gracious legend!
Recorded by Dr. E Brown on the Flux Portable 2-track: the electrical storm which passed over Hill Valley that night providing all the gigawatts he needed.
So, without further ado, here's one for all you lovers out there!
